Welcome to Borough Studios, a reheasral, recording & production facility based in central London

What Do We Do

We provide top quality rehearsal space for bands, music classes, workshops, individual practice. All our rehearsal rooms include backline as standard as well as a selection of instruments available for hire on request

All of our studios are equipped with full backline (PA, Mixer, Amps, Mics) and air conditioning as standard so the price you see is the price you pay. We do howver offer instrument hire at £2.50 per hour.

Deluxe Studio

DeluxeWe have 2 large rehearsal sound proofed to a very high standard. As well as having the standard backline included, these studios also have a sofa, silent air conditioning and dimmer lighting. These rooms are perfect for larger groups or for long writing and rehearsal sessions when seclusion, atmosphere and comfort are key



Large Studio

LargeOn the ground floor we have six large studios. These rooms are perfect for groups up of up to six people (alhtough we have had 10 piece bands in them before). Like all of our rehearsal studios, these rooms come with full backline and air-conditioning as standard.





Small Studio

SmallWe also provide two smaller rehearsal studios on the ground floor. These sudios still boast full backline and air condtioning but are a little smaller. These are perfect for three

    Rates, Terms and Conditions

    At Borough Studios

    At Borough Studios we are very agreeable and will do all we can to make your session as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. We do ask a few things so that we can keep our studios running efficiently and in good condition for everyone to use.

    Bookings

  • All bookings are subject to 4 hour minimum sessions. We cannot provide 1 or 2 hour sessions especially during busier periods.
  • All bookings are subject to 48 hour cancellation policy, otherwise you will be liable for the full amount. We are often fully booked at Borough Studios and there are often bands on waiting lists for cancellations. If you cannot make your session then please call as soon as possible so that others do not miss out.
  • Block bookings will be removed if two or more sessions are missed without cancellation.Many bands book weekly sessions indefinately which we are more than happy to do. However if these sessions are repeatedly missed you risk loosing your regular session and it being offered to someone else

    • Studio Use

  • No hot or smelly food is to be consumed in the studios themselves.There is communal space at the front of the building so please eat hot food there.
  • Please dispose of any rubbish in the bins provided. Please leave the studios as you found them and use the bins provided. Repeatedly leaving trash in studios runs the risk of you loosing your session or incurring charges.
  • Please report any damamges to equipment or rooms before you leave. Gear often becomes damaged through wear and tear so please let us know so we can fix it before the next session.

  • Deluxe Studios - £12.50p/h (4 hour minimum)
  • Large Studios - £10p/h (4 hour minimum)
  • Small Studios - £7.50p/h (4 hour minimum)
  • Cymbal Hire - £2.50 per session*
  • Snare Hire - £2.50 per session*
  • instrument hire (keyboards, guitars etc £2.50p/h

    • Opening Hours

  • Monday-Friday - 10am-11pm
  • Saturday - 10am-6pm
  • Sunday - 10am-11pm

    • *£5 deposit is required for all cymbal and snare hire which will be returned at the end of the session subject to all equipment being returned.

  • By Bus - The 35, 133, 40, 343 all stop right outside as having the London Bridge Bus Terminal just up the road
